WINSTON CHURCHILL LE 2021 REVIEW – CALIFORNIA
Summary: Veins pop from this lustrous wrapper. Wheat, cream, and cedar on the palate are complimented by pepper and a mintiness on the retro hale. There's a cinnamon zing making things interesting (closer to Red Hots than the spice itself). I've shown the burn some TLC with a few touch ups, but nothing drastic has been required.
I may be dreaming of warmer weather because just past the halfway point I'm getting flaming charcoal on the nose. The filler seems to be burning quicker than the wrapper, causing some wrinkling. Finishing up, there's a pleasant cooling sensation on the retro hale. Other than a construction gripe here and there this was an enjoyable smoke.

WINSTON CHURCHILL LE 2021 REVIEW – WISCONSIN
Summary: This cigar brought a profile of flavors that played well together: leather, peanut, cedar, sourdough bread, brown sugar, and black tea. The combination was pleasant throughout the entire cigar. It gave off a strong barnyard aroma while I was smoking it.
The draw was right on, and the smoke was voluminous. Occasionally the burn line got a bit wavier than I'd like, but it was never problematic and it self-corrected.

WINSTON CHURCHILL LE 2021 REVIEW – OREGON
Summary: This stick has some barnyard scent on the wrapper, a smell from the foot I’d almost call pungent cheese and a very open cold draw. Wrapper could be habano.
With some flame on the foot, I’m off to the races. Spicy cedar, warm leather notes and baking spices blend perfectly to start. This stick is belching smoke right out of the gate. Add in a creamy mix of cedar and white pepper in the retro hale. Things are really enjoyable right now. The pepper really lingers in the sinus. I dig it.
Moving towards the middle, mouthfuls of warm spices, mild cedar flavors and creamy leather mix beautifully. I’m also tasting just a hint of orange essence occasionally. The retro hale experience remains nice and creamy with cedar notes and a decent amount of white pepper.
With the end in sight, the mix isn’t quite as defined, but still, wood notes, leather, a pinch of black pepper, mild tobacco all blend perfectly. I’m also tasting hints of green apple off an on. This would be a great stronger morning cigar or a perfect finish to your day.
