During my time visiting Small Batch Cigar HQ at Maxamar Ultimate Cigars in Orange, CA, I had the opportunity to meet Alex Cesa, a name that I've heard from multiple people over the last few years. 

I've heard that he sets the standard really high and continues to improve his processes and relationships.  In fact, he showed up before we opened to talk a little bit about what he does because he didn't want this interview to take away time that he had planned on servicing Maxamar and Small Batch Cigar. 

Alex was extremely genuine and everything I hoped for from an icon of the industry.  It was great meeting him and learning more about his profession.
