We are excited to announce our latest exclusive, a limited addition to Aganorsa Leaf’s Guardians of the Farm series! Named after Head Cigar Smoker Andrew’s very own French Bulldog, Claude Le Chien is a box-pressed 4 ½ x 48 Nicaraguan puro adorned with a closed foot.
To highlight the sweet, playful character of Claude Le Chien, a Corojo Rosado wrapper was chosen to accentuate the Corojo ’99 binder over Criollo ’98 and Corona ’99 filler tobaccos. This wrapper selection provides a decidedly stronger body without overpowering the smooth, pleasant flavors that we still cherish from the original blend.
Andrew and Max Fernandez have wanted to celebrate their friendship for years and found their mutual love for Bulldogs to be the perfect inspiration for this meaningful collaboration. Only 200 boxes of Claude Le Chien were created with an MSRP of $7.99 per cigar.
The secondary band represents Claude’s nature as a Blue French Bulldog and was specifically created with the French artistic style in mind. The crown atop Claude’s head denotes his stubborn nature as well as this blend’s commanding flavor profile.
